This is the specialty of Oohara-no-sato.This is special kind of Nabe which is Japanese one-pot dish. There is a wide range of nabe dishes. Normally, nabe uses hot water to be cooked vegetables, meat, seafood and mushrooms or other ingredients together in a pot. The Miso-nabe uses Miso-soup instead of hot water normally used. This is a major difference between regular nabe and Miso-nabe of Oohara-no-sato. |

"Deluxe Miso-Nabe" Beside standard Miso-nabe, this is prepared some additional foods which are Tempura and Sashimi. Tempra is deepfried fish and vegetables. Sashimi is raw fishes with soy sauce. |

"Botan-Nabe" This is another type of miso-nabe. Its contents is the almost same as Miso-nabe except using boar instead of chicken. Boar is so tasty and rare. This food is provided only in winter. So, please check this availability before you reserve. |

"Chicken-Sukiyaki" Sukiyaki is so famous not only in Japan also in the world. Contents are the almost same as Miso-nabe. These are cooked in a pot with soy sauce, sugar, and sake, and dipped in a raw egg when eating. |

"Tofu-Nabe (Yudofu) " Tofu, Soy bean curd is a popular Japanese dish. It is an important addition to your Japanese menu. Yudofu means boiled Tofu. It is an incredibly simple, yet delicous dish. Most Japanese can't live without it in the cold winter months. |

"Tempura (Additional Order) " Tempura is deep fried vegetable or seafood, which is commonly eaten in Japan. Normally, the fillings are prawns, fish, and mushrooms which are depends on seasons. It is served with a special dip, which called tentsuyu. |

"Sashimi (Additional Order) " Sashimi is raw fish. Tuna is very popular sashimi fish, though there are many kinds of sashimi and provided. They are eaten with wasabi and soy sauce. Wasabi forms a spicy green paste and is enhanced sashimi's taste. |
