ピリ辛味噌に使う島唐辛子が宮古島から届きました！
（冷凍で保存しているので少し白いです。）
大豆や麹と混ぜているだけで目や喉が痛くなる島唐辛子です（笑）。
そのお陰で？辛いものが好きなかたにピッタリの味噌が出来上がります。
まだ通常の味噌の仕込み中なのでピリ辛味噌の仕込みはもう少し後になります。

My eyes and throat become painful only by mixing a soybean and koji ^^.
The bean paste of a recommendation is done in the customer who likes a hot thing.
Since I am still doing preparation of usual bean paste, the preparation of “island red pepper bean paste” becomes later.
