味噌庵ののれんを秋冬用のれんに衣替えしました。
大原の柿渋染め屋さんに作ってもらったのれんですが、毎年シーズンが終われば柿渋染め屋さんに預けてメンテナンスしていただいています。
日頃のメンテナンスは大事ですね！何年も使っているのでかなり良い「味」が出てきています。

I exchanged the shop curtain of the bean paste store for the shop curtain for winter in autumn.

我為秋冬用門簾交換了醬舖的門簾。
這是請讓大原的柿油染色舖先生建造的門簾。如果?年季節請結束把門簾託付給柿油染色舖先生維護。
平時的保養重要。我因為好幾年使用著這個門簾成為相當好的顏色。

今日は天気が良くて丁度良い暖かさなのでカエルも蕗の葉っぱの上で寛いでいます。
暑くもなく寒くもなく気持ちよい季節になってきました。（朝晩は少し肌寒いです。）

Since the weather is good and exactly good warmth today, the frog is also relaxing on the leaf of a coltsfoot.

今天因為天氣好正好好暖青蛙在蜂斗葉的葉上也放鬆了。
到暑熱容易寒容易心情舒暢的季節。（早?稍微涼??的。）

午前中は良い天気だったので山椒の粉を作る作業をしました。
山椒の実を天日で干すと皮の部分と種の部分が自然に分かれます。
その分かれた皮をすり潰すと山椒の粉の出来上がりです。
当店の山椒は干している段階でも近くに行くと強烈な風味がします。
出来上がった粉をボタン鍋などに入れると独特の風味でとても美味いですよ。
個人的に出来上がりが楽しみです！（笑）

Since it was fine during the morning, I did the work which makes the powder of prickly ash.
If the fruit of prickly ash is dried by the sun, the portion of a fruit and the portion of a seed will be divided automatically.
When the fruit of prickly ash is mashed, it is completion of the powder of prickly ash.
If the prickly ash which I am drying is approached, peculiar flavor will carry out.
If the done powder is put into a pan, flavor with a peculiar stimulus is very nice.
From now on, I am looking forward to completion of the powder of prickly ash!

因為上午是好天氣，我工作了製作花椒的粉的。
用天日弄乾花椒的實的話實在的部分和種的部分自然地分開。
是印花椒的實弄毀的話花椒的粉的做好。
有接近我弄乾的花椒的話獨特的風味。
有把做完的粉放入鍋的話獨特的刺激的風味非常很好喲。
我從現在開始期待著花椒的粉的做好！

姉妹店の味噌庵で季節限定で販売中の「大原の米と味噌セット」のおまけでお付けしている、自家菜園で採れた芋です。
昨年はイノシシの被害でほとんどお付け出来なかったのですが、今年は今のところ何とか大丈夫です。
宿の鍋でも芋がたくさん採れた時には使っています。
見た目はガタガタの芋ですが（笑）、味はほんのり甘くて美味しいですよ！

It is the potato which was able to be taken in the home garden. It has attached for the addition of the goods under sale in my MIso store.
Although I was not able to attach an addition owing to the damage of the wild boar last year, for the moment, it is OK this year.
When many potatoes are able to be taken, it uses for the pan of my hotel.
Although appearance is a potato which is not good, the taste is sweet faintly and delicious.

是在自家菜園出?的薯。在我的醬舖由於銷售中的商品的奉送品安上著。
去年由於野豬的受害我不被安上奉送品,不過，今年是現在沒問題。
向出?時很多薯，使用著為我的宿驛的鍋。
外觀是不好的薯,不過，味微微甜好吃。

当宿は川の横に位置しているので敷地内に沢ガニがよく侵入してきます（笑）。
でも今日の沢ガニは子持ちで、あまり見たことが無かったので写真を撮らせてもらってからそっと川に戻しました。
体が小さいのに卵は結構大きいのですね。

Since my hotel is located beside a river, a river crab invades well in a site.
But today’s river crab also had the egg, and since I had not seen, after I was allowed to take a photograph, I returned to the river quietly.
An egg is large although a river crab’s body is small.

我的宿驛因為位於河的?(側)，河的螃蟹很好地侵入到地基?。
但是因為沒有今天的河的螃蟹也拿著蛋，我看請讓我拍照片之後??地返還了在(到)河。
河的螃蟹身體小的蛋大。
